New Tab Site Suggestions in Internet Explorer?

I have always used IE as my browser, and I had been getting a page with 9 thumbnail site suggestions of my most visited sites when I opened a new tab. However, the last few days that page has disappeared and I didn't change any of the settings.

Can someone tell me why this happened and how I can get the site suggestion page back?

If you close all of your tabs before closing the browser, that should get you back where you want it to be.
