    Sorry to hear about your loss. Your remaining tort will do fine alone, but just do what you can to offer environmental enrichment. The tile suggestion is a management of risks. You can't eat what's not there. It certainly doesn't offer all that a particulate substrate offers regarding digging and humidity retention. This can be replaced with other means to offer an interesting life (puzzle games, foraging opportunities, outdoor pens (weather appropriate), behavioral training, etc), and potted plants, bathing opportunities and humid hides to offer appropriate humidity and hydration.
